MissTeenAlabama. I admire your US pride (I myself American) but you are making a grave mistake. Pride can lead to one's downfall and even the collapse of an entire nation (watch No Country For Old Men. It emphasises what I said). I care enough about my country to point out the problems because if people only boast about the best, the most, the greatest; they will ignore what is bad. You are yelling at foreigners while our beautiful country crumbles behind us. We need leadership, Not "USA BEST!"

You know I tried to find another statistic to counter with but the only thing I found was that you got the numbers mixed up for the EU. According to the IMF its $23,700. Maybe I should emmigrate.

The U.S is till superior both militarily and scientifically. You europeans have finally found something that makes you feel like you're better than us so you have to endlessly talk about it. The truth is that we are still the most powerful country on earth.
