The island is one of the most beauiful places I have had the privelege of living, the farming community is full of some of the best persons one could ever hope to meet and abounds with some of the best artists and musicians to be found. This video does not do this island justice at all.The scenery alone will stay with you forever, I highly recommend visiting the island especially during the summer when there is much to see and do! It is a gem for Washington visitors.

I couldn't watch more than 3mins35secs of this video.. I currently live in Langley since July 2007. I was a house flipper and was suppose to be out of here shortly after the last house sold.. Well its been 5 years and EVERY DAY has been a living hell. You bet this is a unique area. Its filled with a perfect balance of Christian/bleeding heart do gooders and druggies/alcoholics so everyone has something to do. This is the place where people who couldn't make it in the bog city come to rot.

SORRY BUT WHIDBEY ISLAND IS HELL.
I LIVED THERE FOR 4 MONTHS AND IT WAS THE WORST 4 MONTHS OF MY LIFE
I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DEPRESSED AN DBORED
THE SCHOOLS ARE TERRIBLE AND SO ARE THE YOUTH DRUG PROBLEMS THERE.
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK WHIDBEY ISLAND
