For PBS Neal produced the documentary "The Conspiracy of Silence" with Kathleen Turner.

Neal was cinematographer for Shoah Foundation Visual History Project. Under the direction of Steven Spielberg, the foundation collected the testimony of 52,000+ holocaust survivors.
