Ce film s'apparente à un naufrage, le naufrage dune ville qui, dressée sous les assauts répétés de la pluie, voit ses habitants sombrer en son sein. Une poésie urbaine composée principalement de plans fixes et frontaux, conçue comme un minuscule opéra.
