Piute Fire Meeting (July 3, 2008) Part 1

On July 3rd, 2008 a public meeting was held to address concerns about the Puite Fire.

The meeting included an update on the current fire status and encouraged residents to ask questions to a group of representatives that are in charge of managing the fire.

The representatives included the Kern County Fire Department, Kern County Office of Emergency Services, Kern County Sheriff's Department, California Highway Patrol, US Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management and the Pacific Northwest National Incident Team.
