On May 11th. 2010 a debate was held in Sydney on the topic "Governments Should not Censor the Internet"
This is the speech by Kaiser Kuo - minus a few seconds due to reception issues ( somewhere around 1 minute and 40 seconds into the speech).
Panelists included:-
For the affirmative
Head of Public Policy for Google Asia Ross La Jeunesse,
Journalists David Marr and AntonyLoewenstein.
Arguing against the proposition
Beijing-based columnist Kaiser Kuo,
Internet Safety Institute founder Alastair MacGibbon
Media law professor Elizabeth Handsley

Kaiser Kuo works as a spokesperson for Baidu. That explains his jab at Google at every opportunity possible. What surprises me is that he keeps sensible friends like Gady Epstein, Ed Wong, Jeremy Goldkorn etc. who have completely different views on internet censorship than him.
