Metallica should record an album with Dave while kirk takes a break for a bit. Dave has said in many interviews that he would want to play with them again, and James has hinted towards "big things to come in 2012" so I'm really hoping that the new Metallica album being worked on is recorded like the old days and has Dave on lead. Tell me that wouldn't be a fucking great idea for Metallica to redeem themselves with after the atrocity of lulu.

They're on the list, yes. As are Neil Peart, Gar Samuelson and Mike Portnoy. There are also some Jazz drummers on there, but I'll spare you that much.

And Justice was him at his peak, and he's only gotten worse since then. I mean, he's not terrible, but he's hardly amongst those who I'd list as God Tier drummers.

@2xBoxPeoplex2 Not going to happen, but I think Dave might record with James, Lars, and Dave Jr (you know who I'm referring to/I won't try to spell his last name). Dave said that they might do some sort of Charity single together or something (Philanthropy FTW).
