  • I think it looks a bit like Jatoba, or Brazilian Cherry, or possibly Sapele. It's going to look nice when it's finished.

  • @muckamoo2 this wood actualy looks like a wood i have used a lot in austria called bankiri.. it is generaly used as an outdoor decking, but makes great accents on furniture pieces.

  • could that be spanish cedar?
