The PIONEER AVIC's are really picky when it comes to playing videos off an SD card or flash drive. You simply cannot put any type of video and expect to view it on your head unit.

In this tutorial I will show how to rip a music video and convert to the appropriate format so you can play them on the head unit.

Use Firefox with FlashGot Add-on to download the YouTube video.

AVS Video Converter:

VIDEO
Video Coded: MPEG4 [DivX/Xvid compatible]
Framesize: 640 X 360
Bitrate: 975
Framerate: Original

AUDIO
Audio Codec: MP3
Sample Rate: 44.1kHz
Size: 16bit
Bitrate: 128
Channels: Stereo
