Derek Paravicini is a piano God , I don't know if modern times has ever captured anyone like this since recording began ?
... this man is utter brilliance !
-
@TheSantaJaws you see the blindness and disabilities, and his amazing talent musically. But you see nothing else. Yes his life is extremely difficult, but he has proven that you can live without sight, and without many other things that we would automatically see as necessary because we have never had to live without them. We do not see the things that he possesses in his life and in his soul that many do not because they have not had to deal with what he has.

@ZachCraft yes because passing chemistry courses with flying colours requires no attention at all...
-
fake!
-
Evidently you haven't paid attention in your Chemistry class, or you'd know what a scientific theory was.
-
@aliveinfaith So God made this man wonderful man blind, and gave him other difficulties and disabilities? Mr Paravicini is a pure gem musically, but your God (whichever one out of the thousands there allegedly are adhere to) has nothing to do with it, and to say so is an insult.
-
@ZachCraft Ignorant of what? Modern science? I am a chemistry major. The THEORY of evolution? Charles Darwin, Richard Dawkins, very intelligent men. I've read much on this topic. And yet, my faith holds strong. Judging and insulting someone you do not know at all is something to be proud of. Good job.

I am not ashamed and do not regret anything I have said. Nowhere have I deliberately attacked or bashed anyone. Nowhere have I labeled anyone as ignorant or obnoxious. All I have done is mention a faith and a love that I hold and that I will always hold, as well as a strong sense of admiration for the wonderful man towards whom my first comment was directed, and to whom I now apologize. I do not have a problem with honest, respectful discussion. I do have a problem with being bluntly insulted.

@giandoe Who's to say that God didn't give him such a strong will for a reason?
-
@giandoe technically speaking, God gave us the ability to discover and develop modern medicine, and even with it, he might not have survived. So who's to say it isn't God's way that kept him alive to inspire so many more people? Who's to say it wasn't something else that tried to take such a lovely man away from the world?
@aliveinfaith you just HAD to bring your god into the argument.... can't I enjoy anything without some christian blurting out something about their particular god?
