it may help you if you take a little less heat less oil and futher from the house away!! but thank you so much for the help with the marinade

That bird looks good, I would keep away from a building as far as possible before cooking the bird.

only thing i could suggest is tie the legs n wings up so it'll be easy to lower it in. other then that awesome video.
