I always wondered how they avoided hitting planes below with bombs dropped from planes above. Apparently, sometimes they didn't. That sucks!

It's obvious he was hit by a bomb from ABOVE, not shot down. Look at the video!!! Friendly fire kills again. Nice job boys.

@MrWilhelm76 Believe me, noone in Poland is grateful for Soviets "liberating" Eastern Europe, I'm Polish aswell. Soviet Union is equal with Nazi Germany in our perception. Roberto adressed his words to American (and British aswell) pilots only and they helped (at least tried to help) us in the Warsaw Uprising, which was very dangerous thing to do, flying from UK or Italy to the Polish soil.
