  • Do they even have science shows for kids anymore? It seems like Bill Nye the Science Guy was the last one.

  • I just saw the video of the Mr Wizard intro and asked if it is available on DVD... I guess this answers my question!

  • Didn't he have a talking computer in one episode?

  • I own all the DVDs for this show. I remember watching it every morning before school. Nick needs to bring this show back on TV! Sigh we love and miss you Mr. Wizard. :(

  • Wow! I'm hitting 40 and remember watching this show in the mornings waiting on the bus. What a thrill it was to have a snow day or be sick, because I wouldn't miss the end of the show by walking to the bus. I wish shows like this were still on the "kid channels." Even though I wasn't an "A" student back then, This show fed my curiosity in learning just how things work, and helped me to make good grades in the science classes.

  • I used to think he was Patrick Stuart(Captain Picard) when I was a kid. I was like 5 years old so whatever!

  • I remember Plus had a snowflake collection and I thought that was cool even though they were all melted, as pointed out by Minus of course. Probably the most memorable episode as it's the only one I remember lucidly. Ebineezer T. Squint grew weed in the basement!
