my big neck pulse - visible heartbeat

see my pulse on the right neck-side, which is very big and so near under the skin. its only visible so good, when I hold my breath.
When I touch this artery slightly I can feel how fast the blood is flowing through.
what do especially women think about this? :)

do you have any heart problem? what did your doctor tell you bout that pulsation on your neck? or have you gone for check up? :)

@eiou2 ; yes, ich had checked it at a doctor. He made ultrasonic, everything fine, no aneursm.

Its not always pulsating like here, just sometimes when i hold the breath.
