I agree, but the reason that I got mad at them was because they "jumped the gun", so to speak, and called him a liar when he hasn't made a statement about his relationships in over 6 months. He can't lie about something he hasn't even talked about. And yeah, Tom would probably want to protect her from the negativity as much as possible. Oh well, some people are just like that I guess. :)
