@spliff8778 I know the barbers you go to do what they want, but I didn't kidnap the dude and cut his hair the way I wanted against his will. This is how he wants it. LOW! This cut is not for you, so why you talking about what you would do? He wants a lihgt caesar against the grain cut. Wake up man everybody isn't the same.

cutting with the grain is a waste of time and can mess up the cut around the swirl at the crown of the head as well as the back cause hair goes in different directions. going AGAINST the grain actually saves time and does not mess waves up so thats a myth, i tell customers all the time

in my 16 years of being my own barber, i learned that cutting against the grain CAN enhance ya wave pattern! just have to use the right guard. dont use the guard u would use to go WITH to go AGAINST, use a higher one. u also gotta take into consideration LENGTH & GRADE of hair. Al, on this cut would it have made a difference if u jus went with the grain using the 1.5?

@sirsylk More hair would have come off and that's not what we wanted. Cutting against with the 2 was just right for my client and the 1.5 just laid the wild hairs down.
