Any idea why the pump wouldn't be filling empty cells?

@NoneSuchJr In old versions you had to have 2 pumps with empty cells hooked up to a miner to get one of them to work, and the second one would sit idle. Also it would not pump at all if you had a diamond drill in the miner. I haven't tied a diamond drill in the new version though. Also you have to power the pump and miner, and have a chest by the pump.

@mord190 Not cheating, it just adds another aspect to the game. it still takes a lot of work to earn the materials necessary to make and power a miner.
