Soccer Aid films - Robbie Williams in South Africa

The Soccer Aid TV programme, broadcast in May 2006, included six films featuring UNICEF Ambassadors telling the stories of children whose lives have been affected by HIV/AIDS, malaria, malnutrition, lack of education, lack of clean water and abandonment. These are the areas of our work that money raised by Soccer Aid supports.

In this film, UNICEF Ambassador Robbie Williams talks about our work in South Africa with children who have lost their Mums and Dads because of HIV/AIDS.

What would be amazing, is if each premiership footballer gave 0.25% of a weeks worth of their fucking ridiculous earnings, and each rock band and pop group on tour gave 0.25% of their ticket sales then we could make some real change in the world. 0.25% doesn't sound like a lot does it Robbie, Bono, Beckham, Ronaldo, Girls Aloud etc etc?
