I found this old clip of me and my older gong fu brother doing the 'two man staff' set in a small internal tournament a few years back...
Thought I'd share it with the rest of the community.

Oh, thats me in black pants'n jacket, with the green sash..

Best regards, Kenneth A.H.

    Halla!

Jeg flyttet tilbake til Norge for noen måneder siden. Jeg reiser til Amazonas til lørdag og blir der alt fra 6mnd. til 1 år.

Jeg vil ikke være å kontakte i den perioden.

    Håper alt står bra til.

    Mvh, Kenneth A.H.

  • Tony Brown's Kung Fu School?

  • Altough I personally find knife/sword fights rather 'boring' and rehersive, you did well !

    Who won at the end?

  • Hehe, i was about to ask but i read a bit down =P So it is Jon, he's my siheng (older brother / trainer) now =)

  • sorry if you took my comment to be sarcastic. this set is beautiful and powerful and I was hoping to see more of it.

  • thats the beauty of the form. Unless ur being sarcastic in which case u havn't really thought of what the form is there for in the first place.

  • haha. we did this set for our interschool sparring competition. Me frens did it.

  • Wow! I'm curious. How does this set begin and how does it end?

  • I'm no profi but this shows how fighting really looks like, which makes it very interesting and informative, at least for amateurs with no knowledge to begin with. ^^
