More couch jamming. I forget who wrote this. It's really old.

  • Great rendition man! Always great to hear a new spin on an amazing old tune. Not sure if you've heard Louis Armstrong's make of the song, but it's pretty saweet.

    Keep on jammin'

  • love it love it love it!

this music just makes me happy

  • Correct. The song was written in 1928 by Burwell & Parish. The arrangement I am using, however, is a loose interpretation of a Nat Cole arrangement of the song off of his first album of 78s released by Capitol in 1944. It was difficult for me to make out some of it from the 78 and I realize (now that I've heard it digitally remastered) that the inversions are completely different. I'm still pretty happy with this arrangement and don't plan on changing it ;)

  • No he didnt,go look it up.

  • Nat King Cole wrote the song.

  • Really great! Nice playing with a nice voice. Any chords I could use?

  • You rocked "sweet Lorraine" Dude....

  • The song came out in 1928 and Nat King Cole wasnt the only one who recorded it, he did it in 1940, Frank Sinatra did it in 1946, that version is fantastic.
