The father of a suburban Philadelphia woman who faked her abduction and fled with her daughter to Disney World is facing charges for allegedly scuffling with cameramen outside the courtroom. (Sept. 3)

Actually a courthouse is considered public property. When out in public, you do not have to give consent. Permission only applies to private property. Example: You come to my property to videotape me and I say no, any video of me shown on television or any other media can result in legal action.
