@FanBoy277 You have to visualize yourself climbing out. I'm probably not the best person to answer this however, because I haven't gotten out myself yet. But I've been doing a LOT of research on it. I recommend you do the same and you'll be out in no time :)

Very good video my friend. I've been watching a lot of astralboobabys videos also and you both are very good at describing your experiences. I still haven't gotten out of my body yet, but I shall keep trying! I've been smoking cigarettes for a very long time and it's speeding my heart rate up. I'll quit soon to test it and see if that was what was stopping me.

i get all the sensations it happens pretty quick and i can move everything but my real body doesn't but i cant seperate? i think my body wants it to happen cause i get all the sensations all the time for a long time now and thats when i looked into astral travel and i really wanna do it and i feel like i can do it i just cant seperate how long does it take to seperate cause i wait so long i fall asleep? please someone reply back i really want this
