I had to post this because I just got my pike press. I know my form isn't the best and I am going to work on that but I am so happy to have a pike press!
i know that you weren't fishing for compliments or anything, and that for you this might be poor from, but it really is wonderful by almost any standard! you go girl! and those beautifully arched feet are not huting it either :)
how did you progress to this? I've been looking all over for a tutorial on it but still can't find one :(

flexibility helps a lot on presses I think, I can do that with strenght because I'm too weak with flexibility :( I'm training that now!
The form isn't perfect? wow, what can you improve? I thought that was perfect! Incredible job! :)

Do you need to able to hold a planche to be able to press from a pike position? or is flexibility the only requirement? hmm
