Very dry and passive. It clearly shows that they have no emotional feelings about the whole Korea issue at all. I think the problem today is that nobody was born during the WW era and they simply cant make connections between what Japan did to Koreans and Chinese. Meanwhile, of course Koreans and Chinese are still upset cos they were the victims. But again, both governments are manipulating people's mind with their political agenda so it's nowhere near productive solutions.

Every time a prime minister of Japan comes to apologize in Korea, all they do is talk about how Korean and Japan could build stronger future by forgetting the past.
