I have been watching and hearing about Tony Horton's P90X program infomercials for a while now. So I decide to give it a try, WOW! Have I been impressed. The muscle confusion thing really works. There is not one day that goes by that I do not feel a new muscle screaming for mercy.

I know the ripped six-pack, washboard abs will come, as long as I exercise, eat right, and get enough sleep.

I Also like the BeachBody website. It provides so much great information, guidance, trainer tips, and a great community of other folks doing the same thing, I am doing.

The WOWY (work out with you) is priceless. You log in and see others working out at the same time and giving each other encouragement. On top of it all, you have the opportunity to win $300-$1000 daily with a random drawing, and grand price at the end of the year of $250,000.00 for just working out. And it is FREE to join.

So join me at the WOWY workout room: (fitcoach2007) and lets do this together. I am here to coach and mentor you, as you help me to stay motivated.

  • I practice taekwond and boxing and I must say this is pretty good :) If you don't have acces to a Martial Arts school then this is a good idea to try. Of course doing anything here in a fight is suicide since the training here is more cardio and not an actual MA class :)

  • @punktheman Totally agree with you. It si just a good at-home workout program.

  • Wow, I can already see how this will be much more effective than squats and dead lifts. I'm sold!

  • @LilT2o00 NO it really isn't better than squats and dead lifts.

  • i'm about to start this and i'm not sure how the kenpo is going to be. i'm a kung fu student already and i'm kinda getting the feeling that the kenpo is going to be ridiculously stupid. I guess i'll just substitute my kung fu classes for the kenpo since i'm almost positive that it's going to be horrible form and technique. -shrug- who knows.

  • @ShadowxVincent try it, if you like it fine, if not continue doing what you are doing now.

  • props for doing the workout and sharing BUT there is very little explosive drive in any of the kicks or punches. Hips should be driving all of these - that too seems to be missing.

  • @LilT2o00

    hahahha. apples and oranges.

  • @shiPOWdon you must have been sitting there just watching it !!!

  • @ShadowxVincent As a fellow martial artist, please don't associate the p90x guy with kenpo. His cardio routine is based off of some kenpo movements and techniques, but the guy has no idea how the techniques are supposed to be done. Really, what he demonstrates is not kenpo.

  • am i the only one who didn't feel that tired in this one? like, wow... i was barely tired at the end lol

  • @eminemshow31 mad on the internet

  • @LilT2o00 youre a fucking retard, stop trying to be witty and smart with comments like that. p90x isnt meant to replace weight lifting, its to get in shape and burn fat, not make gains. go fuck yourself ignorant bastard.

  • @MrTaylork1 umad?
