FULL LEXUS IS C ARTICLE BY INSIDELINE.COM:
http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do/Drives/FirstDrives/articleId=148087?tid=...

A drive in the 2010 Lexus IS 350C hardtop convertible is like a weekend at some fancy golf resort, the kind you read about in that magazine you get when you're flying business class. You know, the whole thing with a hotel that looks like a Tuscan villa, only it's about the size of a convention center, and it's got the ocean view, a pool that you could water-ski on, and of course the championship-grade golf course.

When the top is down, sunlight floods the IS C's cabin and you're overcome with a sense of well-being, so different from the wretched life you lead locked away in the office during the week. When the top is up, you're in a buttoned-up coupe, holding in your hands a finely crafted machine that can take you to a great steak dinner with effortless speed.

All the while, you've got music, a navigation guide to the local sites and a temperature-controlled environment. Like an efficient staff at a resort hotel, the 2010 Lexus IS 350C brings you anything and everything you need, and neither a moment too soon nor too late.

You've pretty much got everything going for you here that you'd find in a resort hotel, except for the cutesy soaps and that big, white terrycloth robe.

  • Most people who buy Lexus are just those that simply want a reliable, good-quality, luxurious, and understated car that makes for a nice and pleasnt daily cruiser. That's why Lexus is such a high-selling brand bc that's all what most luxury car buyers want.

However, if you're one of the few that wouldnt mind sacrificing some of your cushy luxury for some good driving dynamics, you'd most likely go for the Infinitis. I myself would easily take an Infiniti over a Lexus

  • g37? You mean infinti??? HAHAHA infiniti= nissan

  • @lilo689 yeah infiniti is nissans luxury brand like lexus is toyotas luxury brand basically think chevy and cadillac.

  • @Kevinkim7 infiniti = nissan , lexus = toyota , right?

  • Lexus as a fact is known for comfort in seats and smooth driving!

  • @Kevinkim7 - Infiniti = Nissan = Datsun lol

  • Honestly i really like is series. But this on. But this car is just horrible. A nice sporty cabriolet car should have long front and shorter rear base. This car have the same length front and the rear wheel base which make the car too propotional and ugly. Lexus should have to redesign this IS rather than just chop the top off and cover it with a nice convertible system.

  • At any rate, Lexus didnt make the convertible models to be show stoppers nor high potent power houses, they kept it strickly affordable and reliable, which isnt a bad thing at all, however, the VW Eos throws a curveball with a sunroof and that tight european suspension work that only Germans can master. The saving graces for the 250C is the price and the Lexus name/build quality, im not taking anything away from the brand, but you do have other options, very good other options.

  • the cover for the top looks like a sebring, not good at all! I'd take G37 over this IS 350 C anyday, and for the IS 250 C i'd rather have VW eos!

  • amazing car!@!@!@

  • If i had to Choose Lexus To Lexus ill Will At least taken the SC line

  • the guy at the dealership said if i pay sticker price he would let me taste his asshole...i took this as a bad thing and left ......( after tasting it )
