Most little girls love tutus. I have made a very simple to do tutu instructional video. Even if you have no sewing or artistic abilities, you can make this tutu for the little girl in your life. The tutu in this video is for a 2-3 year old,but you could adjust to fit any size. Teens and adults love tutus for special parties or clubbing. A tutu is great for dress-up and even a costume party.

thanks i even used yellow cloth and it made a really cool effect underneath the tutu ... i worked awesome for my halloween costume!
