Well, I'd advise u to strech ur back only while u r doing a split/oversplit. Then u have a smaller chance of injuring ur spine. Do the oversplit and start bending the back. If ur right leg is infront of u, bend the left knee and grab it with ur right arm. Then start stretching the knee. Do the same with the other leg being infront. Make sure u don't overdo it though, stop when it gets too paintful. When u touch the leg at the back with ur head, keep there for about a min.
