this kid is puny, why even bother listening to a kid who never truly works out, hes pretty much ruined it for muscle milk, way to ruin a possibly good product genious.....

Supplements have their place.. don't get me wrong I use them myself, however NO supplement of any kind will make you "Do more reps" Supplements are nothing more than engineered food. What makes you "Do more reps" is proper nutrition, consistency in your workouts and plenty of rest after and in between your workouts. There is no supplement out there that will give you instant and over the top results. Remember these companies want your money, so be careful a lot of supplements don't do anything.

oh and you never want to take a heavy protein shake 30 minutes before. maybe a whey, or a whey isolate 30 mins before.your digestive system is incredibly vascular and if all the blood is there trying to digest then theres no more blood to go into your muscles.causing you to do less reps because theres no vitamins/minerals being pumped in there

. i dont even want to talk about the whopper. the protein bar. they're chocolate bars with protein in them. horrible. now that supplement for "women" is absolute crap.its not that its bad. theres no such thing as a supplement, or aminoacids for women.

okay..im sorry. I have to intervene. muscle milk is bad for you. the amount of (literal) metal compounds found in it is on the top of the list of the most avoided proteins. also, the saturated fat is bad. you need some saturated fat but you should get that from real meat..not a supp.
the very first step to body building is foundation training for 6 months light wieght 6 months 4 days a weak. eating healthy and sleeping right. after that your body should be well toned if you did what i said. then comes training with medium heavy weights and here you beguin supplements protien and increase the wieghts slowly and do the work out properly and not too heavy doing cheat reps. OH choose eas whey protien its good there are alot more onn the market

ya, thts exactly what I did,
I started about a year ago, and towards the summer I progressed to heavier weights, and now I do higher weights, I am not one of those silly teenagers who show off at the gym and so as much as possible, I do correct exercises and track my progress, and diet, I do not eat junk food either, Thanks!!!

why thank-you. I do eat junk-food (tendergrill chicken sandwich) which is basically chicken, and I have an odd request to double it (2 chicken breasts on it) for the protein. But I don't drink soda Thank-you!
