Thank you This can be difficult if you are being attacked in the moment and the other person sending hate or hostility. If you are kind sometimes people see that as a weekness and then we feel the need to protect ourselves. I will practice this feeling love towards the whole situation. Thank you

"help let go in love....
wow!

The first, and most important, part of any meditation is that the breathing must be from the diaphragm. Implying that this doesn't need to be corrected is a disservice to your listeners, because chronic hyperventilation is one of the most prominent symptoms of stress.

@joaniee2003 Or completely redirect your thought to start feeling love for the best possible government for all people?! When you don't specify "love" will pick the very best.
-
@joaniee2003 You give the government more power by sending it hate. Hate is love too - just much stronger! Redirect your thought, and do as Jesus said: "love your enemies" :o)

Love is what explains all of Jesus' teachings. Most of all, when Jesus says: The kingdom of heaven is within you or among you as a note. And that's why we're the children of the Most High. There's no higher or better feeling. It's heaven when we feel it, and God or Christ is love.

I read a book in German and thetitle was, Love, don't suffer. An it talks about love without an object. Just our inetent or thought or imagining of love. I think the truth is when we think love or say it, the body responds with producing the hormones or messengers of love = endorphins. I don't want to take it any further because negative eople might start to question if love is real. The answer is: It's all love. And hate is when we can't feel this good feeling of love for something or someone!

@BooeyHogue You are most welcome. Glad the meditation helped.

@joaniee2003 I understand your feelings. But you might consider that Jim invites you to observe your own being, not others. Best wishes!
