Oh, we Americans can get good front loading clothes washers. However, as those would primarily be product from Asko or Miele, they aren't cheap.

I had the same models ONLY 3 years old!!! SAME PROBLESM!!!! NEVER EVER BUY GE!!!
I REALLY WISH the CEO of GE would use my machine maybe he would refund our MONEY?? But the CEO probably has a LG Washer!!

Take a look at the video. The inner drum is still moving up and down. Hardly possible with the shipping bolts inside. I gues the shock absorber are worn out.

There not junk you peopl don't know how to instal them. Take out the shipping bolts and make sure it's level bet it works fine
