@kensta2468 Like the name hints, if you screw up, its IRREVERSIBLE. The way I did it, I'm not sure, is I quickly ran to the moving platform, and it seems to make it go quicker and protrude out of the shaft before the flashing green one can stop it.

1:44 Instead of pressing several times shift, try to press SHIFT and then press down (or up, I don't remember) so you stop the time, and then only the green clouds will be the only ones moving

@kensta2468 in that level you cant rewind the time... try to not rewind.

You'll notice that hey does not rewind time at all until he reaches the above platform. The Vertical green bar is not influenced by time and the horizontal is. If you rewind, the Vertical will keep on going and block the horizontal.
Check it out yourself by standing underneath it and rewinding time a bit. the green will keep going no matter what.
