The Central Michigan University leadership group spent the day at Cindy Vezinau's Purple Martin Nature Center & Lakeside Inn on the shores of Lake Huron in Rogers City. They painted, cleaned up and did renovation work on the building and grounds. After a day of work, the group, directed by instructor Lorie Tuma, celebrated at the corner of Third and Erie Streets in Rogers City, outside the offices of the Advance, with "The Hustle." Their goal was to create social change and help a local business.They succeeded! Video by Richard Lamb, publisher, Presque Isle County Advance.
