@tonv4 whos to say what too skinny is. he was a professional soccer player, those dudes aint weak. skinny pro athlete> schmuck with a bit of muscle

@NIFootie2010 Fat loss is a result of a calorie deficit i.e. you need to cut down on your calories. You can do any exercise you want.

this seems like it's a lot of impact on the wrists and a good way to get injured if you don't already have a fair amount of strength.
i like those alternating pushups though, i've never been into weights, just cardio and calisthenics, and i never thought of doing those.
