Ann Sintoyia Tome of the Samburu Women for Education & Environment Development Organisation and Mariamu Ntausian Lekisemon of the Rural Women Development Network speak about the difficulties girls in the Maasai community face. Ann explains that Maasai women are discriminated from outside of their communities and from within their communities. In this clip the two Maasai activists describe the lifestyle of young Maasai girls and how this affects their right to education.
