@mae309 i do not know the type of stroke you may have had, or your lifestyle/age prior to experiencing, but i do know you CAN improve greatly if you work at it. work at it as diligently as you can, within safe reason, for the first two years. The most growth occurs within that time frame. More growth/progress CAN be made after, so never give up on therapy and do balancing exercises, motor function exercises, and brain training. you can heal, but you must stay positive.

I,m a stroke patient.since july 2008 .the thing is my balancing not very good ever since I got nit.Can it be cured by continuing excercise? please help.
