  • Meat!!!!! That is the # 1 thing if you want to get big! Just follow the food pyramid! Eggs are good, milk, and bread! Umm I like pasta and meat together. Like Alfredo sauce, pasta and porkchop all together! Ah heaven! Starta cookin more of the meat man!

  • chicken fajitas is nice and realy healthy if you have it with salad

  • If you shallow fry food I use Penut oil or canola oil and the reason your legs Hurt is because of lactic acid when you run n stuff to I light workout like riding a bike it helps but that's what I was told by a good family friend hopes this helps Paul
