Wally made a few small changes to the Hot Rod Lawn Tractor, so I thought it was time for an update. Maybe some of my newer subscribers haven't even seen it yet. I hope you enjoy taking a look. Thanks for watching and commenting! Happy Holidays!

  • hmmm... i wonder how i would make my old 4 speed manual tranny on my garden tractor go faster?

It's a 1979 montgomery ward/gilson, almost fully restored, with the exeption of the engine, the old opposed twin 16hp litteraly got fried, so i swapped it with a 17.5 hp high performance. runs great, and next spring when i get it out of storage i'll post a video. It took 2 years to get it going, went through 4 motors, 2 tranny/rears until i got the perfect match. the motor is only 6 years old.

  • if u want it to go faster put a 5in pully in the front and a 3in pully in the back and she'll move

  • @ruwithlee1970 Great idea........in fact, he just did that. I have an update video of it on my channel. Thanks for watching!

  • Your buddy needs to Install a custom steering wheel to finish it off !
