How Tony Hsieh and Zappos Are Innovating Las Vegas

During CES, many might have been hanging on on the strip or at the convention center but we were lucy enough to hang out with Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos.com and leader behind the DowntownProject.com.
The "Delivering Happiness" author and mega-entrepreneur, is taking over a huge lot in downtown Vegas to build the new Zappos HQ. But instead, of just building his own company, he's creating a new model once again, using the construction to rebuild the surrounding community too. Hsieh's multi-million incentivizing the tech startup community to build their headquarters in the area with a new multi-million dollar fund While I might be bias (I'm friend of Hsieh), what he is doing is pretty inspirational and remarkable.
