Not sure if it's true for all Quakers but they seem to like a rapid exchange between their owners. Fast words, high pitches, and quick little games :)

thats the best I've seen from a quaker so far!!! omg!
they don't just repeat things they actually understand stuff. Like, I taught mine the clint eastwood whistle. and then I'd do the first half and he'd finish the second half, or he'd do the first half and wouldnt stop until I said the second half. he loves that game. I miss him soooo much (gave him to a nice family because I travel too much).

Thats so cute!!!! its really amazing how smart they are and how they can talk in context!! Pico, (my quaker), only says good morning when its actually the morning. its just so crazy how they can tell the difference!! That whistle must be so cute to hear!!!!

what do you use as a treat email me on youtube cause i could realy use the info as i am about to get one of my very own

Sometimes he gets a treat for the right answer, usually a seed, that was a piece of chip, which he really shouldn't be eating, he's just such a begger and loves food,so every now and then i let him have a taste

lol, lots of repetition! when i want him to learn something new i hold him close to my face so he gets excited, then i start asking a question and I follow by saying the answer myself. Once he's familiar with the sequence, i'll start pausing and wait for him to answer the question.

At this point he knows the sequence and will try and answer the question, when he does this i get really excited so he gets excited also, I reward him with praise and sometimes a treat, at this point it becomes routine and he gets better at saying the answers.
