Don't be fooled. Soy causes TONS of mucous in the body - the slimey kind! It's not the 'miracle' and guilt-free food we can just consume and all will be well. They tell you that Japanese live so long because of it but they consume EDAMAME PODS and NOT this processed crap that we consume...Soy Milk, Tofu, etc. are all indigestible.
Consume super foods people.

What is WRONG with you PEOPLE! Why do you want to live forever. Don;t worry about getting older I don't want to live forever screw that, I would have a mental breakdown if I did have to live forever. Go out into the sun swim, go in the surf be happy and stop putting so much anti aging crap on your face, aging is Inevitable, move on and live life or else you are going to worry till the day you die and realize, oops I wish I had of done more in my life and not worry so much!

I did not say soy. I asked prominent doctors about what the best superfoods were. This was their conclusion, not mine.
It's not a matter of living forever, it's trying to preserve the vitality in one's life for as long as possible so that we do swim, surf, sail and play long into our senior years. It's not a matter of worrying but taking steps to live not just longer but better.
