Well, he never fixed it. He just cleaned it somewhat. It was a conscious choice from her part to not kill john. He didn't fix her, she just came to her senses.

The only reason John acted like an asshole to Cameron here is because he was still angry with her for declaring him untrustworthy after risking his life to fix her chip in Samson & Delilah so he's treating her less like a human and more like a machine as kind of pay back.

She looks bloody pissed. I would too, if John treated me that way.
