@lAuthenticl:  When I plugged in the camera kit to my iPhone, the "this device is not compatible" message pop up on screen. No luck on my end.

Also, i've also tried various memory devices. Flash drives were a no-go...maybe because they draw power, or they are partitioned..not sure. Only photos were recognized off all my cards. Tried loading Avatar (m4v), but wouldn't recognize it. iPhone videos load just fine with the iPhone hooked up, but I'm gonna try loading iPhone video onto a memory card, and see if it's loaded or not.

@WmusiclifeforceV1 The iPad is not even close to being a laptop

competitor. It's not suppose to be. :) The saying by a lot if people

that it's just a big iPhone or iPod Touch is right, but that's not a

bad thing. It's very capable of being a stand alone product. I've made

many flyers for my band, set up set lists, compose emails, browse the

net, post YouTube videos....most things a laptop can do, just not as

extensive and as deep. I don't regret my purchase one bit.
