@PerseusHero Is this your purpose, to go insulting Masters that you don't even know? The way you insult Master's you don't even know shows how much You really know about Martial Arts. I was training in Korea under some of the highest Masters in the world before you were born. I would really like to know who your Master is, but I doubt you have the courage to say. I will like to let him know of the "Quality students" he is producing.

@PerseusHero If it doesn't matter, then why you make such a big deal about it? If if you are a native speaker as you claim to be, why are you make such a big deal -seeing as you don't need it. People spend crazy money on iPhones & iPads & cry when you have to spend $6 on an app. I don't get it. Most people I know who do this are just looking for something for free & feel if they make enough noise they'll get what they want. Tang Soo Do martial artists should not carry themselves this way.

@PerseusHero I do not write apps, so I had to have a partner write the app, while my wife and I input all the terminology. Bottom line is aple gets 30% right off the top, we then divide the rest in half with outlr partner. Also Dang Soo Do martial artists who own an iphone/touch/ipad is a very limited market. How much do you think we could possibly sell? Once again, you don't have to buy it.

I would ask you the same question- are you a martial artist? Because a real martial artist would not talk to others with such disrespect. I think if you can see our flashcard app on youtube, you probably do know I am a martial artist. But if you don't, I am a 5th Dan in Dang Soo Do, lived and trained in Korea for 5 years, took 3 different Korean college classes, my wife is a native Korean and a 4th Dan in Dang Soo Do (she did the audio in the app)

@PerseusHero I realize it seems expensive when most apps are $.99 to $2.99 range. However if you have ever taken the time to buy index cards write the Korean on one side, English on the other and then went out and bought a TSD terminology audio CD, then it is a bargain. I know GM Ho Sik Pak charges $15 for his terminology CD alone. Also you are getting the actual written Korean as by people who actually lived and trained in Korea. Bottom line is if you don't like it, you don't have to buy it.
I am sorry that you had to address those earlier comments. I thought that I recognized your voice from the Dang Soo Do vs. Tang Soo Do video. Tang Soo Do has become a way for me to get back in touch with my Korean roots. I have been trying to compile a table of Korean terminology with English, Romanized Korean, and Hangul. The Hangul has been the hardest to collect. So I know that your product is worth it for the serious student.

@drtchung Thank you. There is no perfect was to romanize-just have to do the best you can. I understand we can't please everyone, but I don't really see any reason for the disrespect and lack of just plain courtesy. This is a problem that Martial Arts Instructors trying to combat in society these days. With work, hopefully we can make a difference.
