Seriously, just shut the fuck up. That show was taped BEFORE the 4 dead soldier. They never once made fun of the service men and women, they simply were making fun of one generals idea that the military should be disbanded and take a break.

I would also take the situation in Canada much more seriously if everyone who got mad at their comments didn't attack "Faux News" and say things like "what would you expect from them?" All that does is come off as the Canadians/Socialists (same thing) having another reason to take low blows to a somewhat conservative network

Oh and Nasty Chuck why should we show gratitude when it was your country that started the war and then walked away to go to Iraq and then whined when Canada and other countries decided to leave. The USA only likes wars when they're nice and shining and they're winning; leaving countries like Canda and their other allies to clean up their mess when they don't want to play anymore. Canada has lost more soldiers per thousand men of troops than any other country. We've been in more forward positiions and are doing more high risk jobs like mine clearance than other countries. Future Pirate, I can only assume that you subscribe to the idea that the USA is the biggest and the best and you've gotten upset when your neighbor to the North calls the USA for being the biggest and the best at bullying. It's not even about the 4 brave souls who died during that time it is also for the respect and understanding for their families and the families and loved ones of the 112 Canadian men and women who died before that.

Starwarp, I was not posting against this item. If you had seen the item recently slagging the Canadian military while four of our dead soldiers killed in Afghanistan were being brought home you may understand why Canadians are feeling less than tolerant with Red Eye and Fox News. The comic on the show admitted they had done no background research and knew nothing of Canada's military and aid involvement. But when in doubt pick on the USA largest trading partner in the America's and US ally Eh?
