  • I feel the exact same way as you. Some stuff he does sounds amazing but other stuff just seems like he has no clue where he's going with it. He's very experimental in a good way but some times too much is too much and you just wanna hear a nice groove.

  • i've seen a lot of so so comments about doug but did you know doug played in a band called Brass Wood And Steel Back In 76 they had a jam called funkaova,by the way the whole album jamming,if you can find an lp it cost about $500 and that says something. that price is not only because it's rare but the music is hella good,with hubert powell on keys.people berate bass players drummers guitar players and other instrument players as well, some commenting with bullshit comments could'nt play dead
