yes its true, but sometimes they exaggerate. I got a ticket because my meter expired, yet my meter still had 3 minutes left. I am assuming he thought I wouldn't be back by the time it finished. And I had no proof so I still had to pay the $275 bs

great video- I hate the traffic cops too- especially here in new york- they write people tickets and then commit the same violations with their official vehicles-I am doing a documentary on this subject and i put a few clips on my youtube page
