the song Arclight from the album 'Night Electric Night'........

MP3 link: http://www.mp3raid.com/music/deathstars_arclight.html

Lyrics: It ticks fast (tick tock doom)
Lithium fills this whole room
It's flooded there in front of us
It's close to us

Let it fight (win win loss)
A prostitute waits for the thrust
A starlet yearns for death and lust
She is one of us

I will never never forgive
Never ever forgive
Arclight
And the living will see
Arclight
How their death will be

Look at the past (it's tip top black)
A burnt life behind your own back
It will never let you go there alone
It's your flesh and bone

Here it comes (take it - bang!)
Stuck with your neck in its fang
It's a copy of human dust
It's sure one with us

I will never never forgive
Never ever forgive
Arclight
And the living will see
Arclight
How their death will be

All the lives I have lived
will die now
And the stars lost their grace
It's sulphur mixed with rain

Dig down your heart

Dig down your heart in this soil
Dig it down next to me
Feed the flames so the serpents uncoil
And let the arclight free

  • Who the hell is Justin Bieber?

  • I can't believe people are still making JB jokes. It's old and lame. I wish people were more creative.

  • Any one know of other bands with similar vocals? I know of Gothminister.

  • What is the story of the song? I also created a story in my mind, but I'd like to know the original

  • @benscomer wow very interesting!

  • @AaronPr19 I mean I get that, and I love the song, but Arclight was a Vietnam-era operation designed to provide heavy bombing support. While most of these were conventional bombs, a very high number of them were napalm-based or the beginning of thermo-nuclear weapons. Lithium, for example is used in the creation of incendiary weapons. "Dig down your heart in this soil" I'm convinced refers to fox-holes dug by American soldiers, prostitutes were very much a part of the war, "look at the past" etc

  • @benscomer I think of it more about the mystery of death in general. love how at the end the heart sounding drumbeat stops.

  • Anyone else think this song is about Vietnam?

  • they played as the support before Rammstein and i must say, that they are awesome, vocal is great

  • I love how he says arclight. Like a BaWS!!

  • Best song of Night Electric Nigth
