  • Billy, looks good, but, what, did you study with Emeril? There is no such word as "de-seed." You "seed" fruit. You "bone" meat. You "shell" nuts. There is no "de" in any of those. Not important, you say? Well how about the difference between simmering and poaching? Boiling and blanching? Broiling and roasting?

    Words are important.
