I found your painting of Europe with broad strokes particularly comical where you referenced Anglo Saxon involvment with the Inquisitions. The inquisitions were in Portugal, Spain and Italy in the timeframe you referenced.

Britain, which is who I assume you mean by Anglo, was protestant well before this time and I don't know of any inquisition there.

Your treatment of the unsanitary conditions (relative to now) created by the urbanization of the commercial and industrial revolutions, as a sufficient condition for equating with the advancement of hunter gatherer societies, is as ludicrous as it is analogous, to the notion that twenty first century society is equal to a hunter gatherer society because of the disproportionate impact on global warming by burning fossil fuels compared to campfires around huts.
